FINANCIAL POLICIES: HOW TO PAY TUITION AND FEES

Invoices and Statements are emailed to enrolled families once a month around the 28th of the month. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. If tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, families will be reminded of their obligation by phone or in writing. If tuition is not received by the 10th of the month, notification will be made to the pastor of the sponsoring church (if any). If tuition is not received by the 14th of the month, the student is not permitted to return to school/class until the tuition is paid. 

 

Greater Memphis Adventist Academy offers these methods for paying school tuition and fees or making contributions:

IN PERSON - You may pay by check, cash. or card in the school office. You  will receive a receipt at the time of the transaction.

ONLINE - You may pay by credit or debit card at the Adventist School Pay website. Click Here. You will need to sign up with the site. Follow the instructions. Receipts are emailed to you.

BY MAIL -  You may send a check or money order to the school's Post Office Box address: P.O. Box 342387, Memphis, TN, 38134. Receipts may be picked up in the school office or can be sent home with a student.
